Erina is a delightful, charming weekend getaway, suburb and vacation service town located between Terrigal and Gosford on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, north of Sydney. It is close all the magnificent surfing, relaxing and swimming beaches in the area, and to the magnificent Brisbane Water lake system close to Gosford. Erina lies in an area that boasts a wonderful range of attractions and recreational facilities supporting a wide range of sporting and recreational activities. Erina is a suburb that is part of the City of Gosford local government area. Erina has become the virtual commercial hub for the City of Gosford and the surrounding district. Erina boasts one of the biggest shopping centres in Australia, known as Erina Fair, which has over 335 shops and commercial outlets. There are many other substantial businesses in Erina mostly along Karalta Road, The Entrance Road and Barralong Road. There are a wide variety of clubs and entertainment facilities at Erina and at Gosford and a huge range of accommodation including waterfront properties on the shore of Brisbane Water and many beachfront accommodation along the bay beaches and ocean beaches to the East.
